Good news guys, I was online early afternoon and the server was packed! Hopefully it will stay like this!

Still cant use the admin tools yet, wont recognize PW.

Looking into it. Noticed bloods pw doesn't work either

and just looking at gametracker.com, it seems we had some decent traffic yesterday and today early afternoon. And the first night we were full for a couple hours till a server crash. Ill pm out a general pw everyone can use until I can get down to why your PW's don't work

Not sure what you have been using but there are 2 decent programs out right now . bfbc2 admin works well, but takes a little more effort to get into. BC2CC was really buggy upon release, but they have patched it 2 or 3 times now and it seems to be working well

DICE has requested that all server providers hold off on creating new servers while they work on an issue that is causing heavy server load due to the large number of servers currently running. A fix is in development to prevent the server browser from causing the heavy server load and new servers will be able to be setup and launched as soon as possible. Please note that while there is a delay in activating your server, your billing start date will only start once your server has been activated.

And Blood, this may be your problem

Glad you posted that. I tried to use that gun last night and couldn't for the life of me figure out why they made a gun you can not aim.

Yep, that sounds like the problem exactly. Hope they patch it soon, it worked fine in beta

Anyone have a problem with going back to conquest and the original name? Maybe we can recover some of that traffic we lost when I changed it. It's not like we ever play on it anyways

Next time the server crashes, I will switch it over to rush and try it with punkbuster on. If that doest work, Ill try it with punkbuster off. Have found a sure fire way to get a server up the way we are set up right now.

The new map pack is installed. Ill leave it on the new map before I go and work.

PS ordering up the ts3 tonight. It will probably be up pretty quick after ordering, but i don't want any suprises and not have it come up in time.

Oh, adn there are currently 6964 bc2 servers showing up and running on gametracker. I'm guessing hta number will go down quite a bit by april 3

It's a 25 slot server that can be switched to vent or ts2 or shoutcast or mumble any time if we dont like ts3. Because we have the bc2 server through them, it is coming out to $3.35 per month. There is currently no pw.

The server has been updated to R9, which is supposed to fix the autobalance and a few other things. Currently the only admin tool that works is procon. I would imagine that all the other will be getting updated either today or tomorrow.

And as a side note, for the past few days, the play now button only seems to work a few hours, usually in the evening.

There seems to be something wrong with my battlefield command console? It crashes every time I open the program.
