Repeat Offenders is committed to having a server that is a place where all are welcome and is an enjoyable place to play.
To ensure that goal is met all players on our server are expected to adhere to the following Code of Conduct. It is each
player's responsibility to understand and follow our Code of Conduct. We will make reference to the Code of Conduct in the
server message and in in-game messages. But failure to know the Code of Conduct is not an excuse. Any infraction of the
Code of Conduct can result in a warning, kick, or ban depending on the severity, which will be determined by a server admin.
If you are kicked or banned you can dispute it or request to be unbanned by posting in the "Why was I kicked/banned" forum.
Server Code of Conduct
- No intentional Team Killing - EVER. Repeated unintentional team killing can also be grounds for kick/ban.
- Do not spawn camp enemy uncapturable bases if your team does not hold all the capturable flags. This does not include
infiltrating a base to destroy commander assets. Stealing of enemy vehicles is also allowed.
- Player names of a derogatory or obscene nature are not allowed.
- No "colored" or "modified" player names. This included your name appearing in a color other than blue or red, or if your
name is bold, or if your name appears in the wrong color (e.g. appears blue to enemy).
- Derogatory comments based upon race, religion, ethnicity, etc. are never tolerated.
- Respect the admins. Admins will typically have |=| within their name.
- No stat padding - e.g. working with an adversary in any way. Agreeing to knife fight would also be considered stat padding.
Your mission is to kill the enemy without predjudice.
- No cheating. Includes anything that could be considered cheating: aimbots, glitching, etc.
- If you are the commander, then command! Don't spend the entire round flying around in the jet.
- No foul language. Smack talk is OK, but keep it within reason.
- No fighting over vehicles. The first person at a vehicle spawn gets priority. If someone else is already waiting for the
vehicle you want then just get back to the fight!
- No intentional Team Deaths - e.g. standing in front of a plane when it's taking off to force a Team Kill.
- Do not repeatedly initiate Kick Votes against the same person and do not initiate Kick Votes that are unwarranted.
Report any offenses to an admin if one is present. An admin can take care of problem players in a much more expedient,
and permanent if warrnated, manner than a Kick Vote will.
NOTE: If a valid round is not in progess (i.e. less than 10 people in the server) some of these rules are not enforced.
Team killing, for example, is OK when a round has not started - as long as everyone is having a good time.
